This policy covers Jon Blades t/a FunFast, Faringdon SN7 7SS. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect and why

When you book or enquire we collect the details you give us: name, contact details, venue address and event information. We use them to run your hire: confirming dates, planning the delivery route, texting you the day before, and invoicing. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

Where it lives

Booking details are stored in our scheduling and booking systems (Smartsheet) and our email. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider. We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and the site itself sets only the functional storage needed to remember an unfinished booking form in your own browser.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never share it with marketers, and never add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. Your details go to third parties only where needed to run the booking (for example our email provider delivering your confirmation).

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 6 years to meet accounting rules, then deleted. Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email bookings@funfast.co.uk and a person will handle it. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
