Questions, answered properly
How far ahead should I book?
Summer Saturdays go first, so two to six weeks ahead is comfortable for weekends in season. Midweek and off-season we can often manage with our two-day minimum notice. If your date is close, book anyway and we will tell you straight away if we cannot make it work.
What areas do you cover?
Everywhere within about 30 miles of Faringdon, Oxfordshire: Swindon, Oxford, Wantage, Abingdon, Witney, Cirencester, Newbury, Marlborough and roughly 80 towns and villages in between. The booking page checks your postcode instantly.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. Booking holds your date and costs nothing. You pay on the day, after set up, by card, cash or bank transfer.
What if I need to cancel or move the date?
Free date swap or full cancellation up to 7 days before your event, no questions. Inside 7 days, talk to us, we are human about it. Weather swaps for outdoor kit are always free, whatever the notice.
Is your equipment safe and clean?
Everything is cleaned between hires, inflatables carry current PIPA test tags, electrical kit is PAT tested, and we set up and safety check every item ourselves rather than dropping boxes at the kerb.
How much space do I need?
Each product page lists its footprint and power needs. As a rough guide: the bouncy castle wants a 15ft x 15ft patch of garden, the LED dance floor is 12ft x 12ft indoors, the 360 booth needs a clear 3m circle, and the classic photo booth (2m x 1.3m) and magic mirror (2.5m x 2m) squeeze in almost anywhere. Not sure? Put your best guess in the booking notes and we will sanity check it.
Do you do weekdays and evenings?
Yes. Weekday hires are often easier to slot in than summer Saturdays. Evening set ups for halls and corporate dos are easy to arrange, just tell us your timings in the booking.
Can you set up in a village hall or marquee?
Yes, happily, halls and marquees suit almost everything in the catalogue. We carry ballast for hard floors, protection for polished ones, and we coordinate timings with your venue if you give us their details.
What happens on the day?
We text you the day before with your arrival window, turn up, set everything up, safety check it, show you anything worth knowing, and disappear until collection time. You host, we haul.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance for all our equipment and set ups, and documentation is available on request for venues that need it.
